The Fertility Boost Programme is a four session programme created and led personally by Claire Anstey, combining Kambo, an ancient Amazonian practice used for centuries by indigenous tribes, with the IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence, a tried and tested protocol developed by the International Association of Kambo Practitioners and used by certified practitioners worldwide.

Kambo
An Ancient Amazonian Practice
Kambo is the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor, the Giant Monkey Tree Frog of the Amazon rainforest. For centuries it has been used as part of the traditional ceremonial practices of indigenous Amazonian tribes including the Matses, Katukina, and Mayoruna peoples.
Those who come to it describe something shifting that nothing else has reached.

The Programme Structure
The Fertility Boost Programme is completed over no more than 25 days across four sessions. The timing between sessions is carefully sequenced to allow your mind, body and spirit the space they need between each experience.
Session 1 — The Foundation Session
7 to 10 days later — Session 2 — The Fertility Sequence Begins
3 to 5 days later — Session 3 — The Fertility Sequence Deepens
7 to 10 days later — Session 4 — The Fertility Sequence Completes
The complete programme is delivered within 25 days.
What Happens in Each Session
Each session runs for approximately three to four hours and follows a carefully held structure designed to prepare, support and nourish you throughout.
The Gates Each session begins with the preparation and creation of the gates — the small points through which the Kambo is applied. In Session 1 the gates follow the traditional placement. From Session 2 onwards the gates are placed on fertility specific acupuncture points following the IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence. For women the points are on the left lower leg. For men the points are on the right upper arm.
Meditation and Visualisation Before the Kambo experience begins Claire guides you through a meditation and visualisation. This opens the mind, body and spirit and sets a clear, focused intention for the session ahead.
The Kambo Experience The Kambo experience itself lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Claire is present with you throughout every moment.
Rest and Recovery Following the Kambo experience you are held in a peaceful, supported space to rest and recover for up to one hour. This is an important and sacred part of the process and Claire remains present throughout.
The Nourishment Meal Every session closes with a light vegan meal prepared and served by Claire to gently fuel and rehydrate you after your experience. Fresh soup, bread, hummus, crackers, rice cakes, fresh and dried fruits, and peanut butter.
You leave nourished, grounded, and cared for.
Session 1 — The Foundation Session
The first session prepares the mind, body and spirit for Sessions 2 through 4. It uses the traditional Kambo gate placement and follows the full session structure above.
Many people who come to us have never experienced Kambo before. Session 1 is a gentle, expert led introduction held entirely within a space of care, professionalism, and deep respect for the practice and for you.
Sessions 2, 3 and 4 — The IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence
From Session 2 onwards the programme moves into the heart of the Fertility Boost experience.
The IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence is a three part protocol developed by the International Association of Kambo Practitioners, drawing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the wisdom of fertility acupuncture meridians. It has been refined and used by certified IAKP practitioners for many years.
By placing the gates on fertility specific acupuncture points Claire combines the ancient Amazonian practice of Kambo with thousands of years of Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom, creating an experience that works with the body's natural energy alignment and meridian system in a way that is entirely unique to this programme.
What to Expect
Each session is a full ceremonial experience lasting approximately three to four hours. This is not a quick appointment. It is a held, sacred space designed to give you everything you need from arrival to departure.
Every session includes the Kambo ceremony itself, a guided meditation and visualisation, up to one hour of supported rest and recovery, and a nourishing vegan meal prepared and served by Claire before you leave.
You will not be rushed. You will not be left alone. You will be cared for from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

The Kambo Peptide Profile: What the Research Shows
The Kambo secretion contains a highly sophisticated cocktail of bioactive peptides (short chains of amino acids that act as messengers).
