I did not find Kambo. Kambo found me.
But the path that led me there began long before that.
For nine years I worked as a presenter on a spiritual television network, immersed daily in the world of alternative therapies, ancient wisdom traditions, new age systems, and the extraordinary breadth of what exists beyond conventional medicine. I was not an observer. I was a student. Every practitioner I interviewed, every modality I explored, every conversation I had about the unseen dimensions of health and healing became part of a foundation I did not yet know I was building.
From there I went on to study as a Metaphysical Counsellor at the Science of Spiritual Living (this is where Lousie Hay trained) deepening my understanding of consciousness, the laws of the universe, and how our deepest beliefs shape every aspect of our lives including our physical reality.
Then came Hypnotherapy. I chose it deliberately — because it is recognised by the NHS, because it is evidence based, because it bridges the spiritual and the clinical in a way that nothing else quite does. It gave me a professional framework for the subconscious work I had been drawn to for years.
And then Kambo found me.
Like many of the people who come to work with me, I arrived at this ancient Amazonian practice through my own journey. Not through a textbook, but through lived experience. Through a moment when something in me knew that what I needed was not another medical appointment, another referral, another prescription.
What I needed was something that could reach the parts of me that conventional approaches had never touched.
Kambo did that. And it changed everything.
Conscious Conception Fertility with Claire Anstey was born from all of it, nine years of immersion in the world of alternative and spiritual practice, a formal grounding in Metaphysical Counselling and Hypnotherapy, and the profound personal encounter with Kambo that brought it all together into one singular focus.

How I Work
I am not a passive practitioner. I bring my whole self to every session, my clinical training, my intuition, my years of experience, and my deep personal understanding of what it means to feel stuck, to feel unheard, and to finally feel met.
Every client in the Fertility Boost Programme and every Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy session is led personally by me. Not an assistant. Not a junior practitioner. Me. And my commitment to you does not end when the session ends. All clients have full WhatsApp access to me throughout their programme and beyond.
I work from a dedicated space in Beckenham, Kent, and offer home visits for clients across London, Kent, Essex, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and surrounding areas. Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy is also available online for clients across the UK and worldwide.
Each session is held with complete care, complete presence, and complete focus on you. Nothing is generic. Nothing is rushed.
What I Bring to This Work
My approach is integrative by design. The Fertility Boost Programme places Kambo, an ancient Amazonian practice, at its heart, combined with the IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence drawing on thousands of years of Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom.
Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy draws on over a decade of training and practice across the most profound bodies of subconscious, spiritual, and metaphysical work available today, including the principles of Louise Hay, Dolores Cannon, Marissa Peer, Dr John Demartini, Dr Brian Weiss, Paul McKenna, Ernest Holmes, Catherine Ponder, and Neville Goddard.
I have delivered over 1,000 one to one sessions. I work exclusively in fertility. Every session, every programme, and every conversation is held within that singular and unwavering focus.
I do not believe in one size fits all. I create space for all of you, your story, your emotions, your energy, your soul.
