Conscious Conception & Fertility with Claire Anstey offers two distinct programmes — the Fertility Boost Programme incorporating Kambo, an ancient Amazonian practice, and Acupuncture Points, and Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy. Claire Anstey is a qualified alternative practitioner and Level 5 trained hypnotherapist. She is not a medical doctor or any other form of medical practitioner. Kambo is the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor, the Giant Monkey Tree Frog of the Amazon rainforest. It has been used for centuries as part of the traditional ceremonial practices of indigenous Amazonian tribes. Kambo is not classified as a medicinal product in the United Kingdom and is not licensed, approved, or regulated as a medicinal product by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). The sessions and programmes offered by Conscious Conception & Fertility with Claire Anstey are ceremonial and experiential in nature. They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website or in any communication from Claire Anstey constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition.

Terms and Conditions

We ask all clients to read and agree to the following terms and conditions before working with us.

1. Right to Refuse Conscious Conception & Fertility with Claire Anstey reserves the right to refuse services to anyone without explanation.

2. Contraindications If a client has any contraindication that makes the Fertility Boost Programme unsuitable for them, Claire reserves the right to decline to proceed. A full health screening is required before every first session of the Fertility Boost Programme. If the programme is not right for you at this time you will receive a full refund and where possible Claire will point you toward an alternative.

3. Cancellations and Refunds If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment no refund will be given unless under extreme circumstances. As the Fertility Boost Programme consists of four sessions any session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will need to be repurchased at the standard single session rate of £300 for individuals and £500 for couples before the programme can continue. For Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the full session fee of £497 will be retained. We ask that clients contact Claire via WhatsApp as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Every situation will be considered with care and compassion and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies where we can. Once your first session has been booked into the calendar we operate a strict no refund policy outside of the contraindication clause above.

4. Client Disclaimer All clients are required to read and sign our full client disclaimer before their first session. By booking you confirm that you agree to our disclaimer, that all information provided during your health screening and intake form is true and accurate, and that you are of lawful age. The disclaimer confirms your understanding that: Conscious Conception & Fertility with Claire Anstey does not diagnose disease, offer medical advice, or prescribe medicine or pharmaceuticals. The Fertility Boost Programme is a ceremonial programme incorporating Kambo, an ancient Amazonian practice, and the IAKP Fertility Acupuncture Point Sequence. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Conscious Conception Fertility Hypnotherapy is a complementary hypnotherapy session. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The sessions and programmes offered are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment by a qualified practitioner.

5. Results and Liability Claire Anstey and Conscious Conception & Fertility are not accountable for any results or effects you may or may not experience through your sessions or programmes. Every client's experience is different and results will vary from person to person. No specific outcomes including pregnancy are guaranteed. The programmes may not work for everyone. By booking clients assume full personal responsibility for all risks regarding their sessions and hereby release Claire Anstey and Conscious Conception & Fertility from all liability resulting from the use of equipment, materials, preparations, or sessions. By purchasing any session or programme you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

6. Booking Confirmation and Informed Consent

All clients are required to confirm the following at the point of booking before any session or programme can be confirmed:

That they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer in full.

That all health information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

That they understand the sessions and programmes offered are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

That they have read the Precautions and Contraindications page and that none of the listed contraindications apply to them, or that they have contacted Claire directly to discuss their situation before booking.

Bookings cannot be confirmed without this confirmation being completed in full.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Conscious Conception & Fertility with Claire Anstey collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who We Are Conscious Conception & Fertility is operated by Claire Anstey, based in Beckenham, Kent, BR3. Claire is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website and through direct communications.

Health and medical information provided during your health screening and intake form and throughout your programme. Payment information processed securely through Stripe, Klarna, or Clearpay. We do not store your full payment details directly. These are handled securely by our payment processors. Communications sent to us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on this website.

How We Use Your Data We use your personal data for the following purposes: To process your booking and manage your programme or session. To conduct your health screening and ensure your safety. To communicate with you before, during, and after your session or programme. To send you any personalised materials including your Spiritual Mind Treatment and integration support guidance. To comply with our legal obligations. We will never sell your data to third parties. We will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Health Data Health and medical information is classified as special category data under UK GDPR. We collect this information solely for the purposes of conducting a safe and appropriate health screening before your session and to ensure your safety throughout your programme. This data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Data Retention We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations. Client health records are retained for a minimum of seven years in line with standard professional practice.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR you have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you. Request correction of inaccurate data.
