How We Work Together

Working with Claire combines performance psychology principles with deeper subconscious transformation.

It brings together three integrated practices designed to create lasting change.

1. Metaphysical Performance Hypnosis


Once a month, you receive your signature two-hour transformation Hypnosis session, in person or online. This session focuses on the momentum you wish to create over the next 30 days.
Blocks in the boardroom or blocks in the bedroom. This work is about thriving in all areas of your life. Our aim is to bring in more flow, more joy, more contentment whilst reaching your highest potential.
This is where we work beneath conscious thought to identify and transform the patterns influencing your performance, confidence, decisions and behaviour.
Using Hypnosis, guided visualisation, subconscious re-patterning and emotional regulation techniques, we create a new internal reference point aligned with the person you are becoming.
This is where deep transformation begins.

2. Daily Recalibration Practice

High performers do not rely on motivation alone.

They create systems that reinforce the identity, mindset and emotional state required to perform consistently.

Your daily recalibration practice is designed specifically around your goals, patterns and desired outcomes. Claire will write you a personal daily practice that will take about 10 minutes each day.

It may include:

  • Affirmative prayer

  • Activated incantations

  • Subconscious reinforcement

  • Guided reflection practices

  • Personalised statements of alignment

These daily practices strengthen the internal shifts created during your monthly session.

Small daily actions create powerful long-term change.

3. Weekly Momentum Check-ins

Transformation requires integration.

Weekly Friday check-ins provide the structure needed to maintain progress, refine your focus and keep moving forward.

Together we review:

  • What is changing

  • What challenges are appearing

  • Where you need support

  • What adjustments will create the greatest momentum

  • We tweak your Daily Recalibration Practice as required

This ensures the work continues beyond the session and becomes part of how you operate.

Locations

Claire Anstey is based in Beckenham, South London. She also offers sessions globally online.

Claire is located directly opposite New Beckenham Station, and just a 10–12 minute walk from Beckenham Junction. The clinic is easily accessible by public transport, with direct trains from Victoria, Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo East in 16–25 minutes.

Free street parking is available directly outside from 9.30am, and transport to and from the clinic is straightforward. You will be able to drive yourself home after your Hypnotherapy appointment
