Claire reads your personal intake form in full before every session. Your history, your focus, your patterns, your questions, what you hope to feel differently and what you are not yet ready to explore. The session she builds is not a template applied to your situation. It is a bespoke piece of work created entirely around you.
When you arrive, in person at the private practice in Beckenham, South London, or online via video call, you are welcomed into a space that is completely safe, completely held and completely confidential. There is no rush. The session takes as long as it takes.
You will spend the first part of the session settling, breathing and setting your intention. Claire will walk you through every stage of what is ahead so that nothing feels unexpected or unfamiliar.
